In Fall, 2023, The Texas Rangers beat the Arizona Diamondbacks 4 games to 1 to win the World Series and become the 2023 Major League Baseball World Champions. This was the culmination of a very successful 2023 campaign that resulted in an overall record of 90-72.

The Texas Rangers Baseball Club is a leader in the sports world at collecting and analyzing data and utilizing AI and Data Warehousing techniques to inform their management decisions and game time strategy. Alexander is a data scientist, data engineer, and application developer with extensive experience in using machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques, based on insights from big data, to communicate actionable decisions to management to help generate a competitive advantage. He specializes in Sports Analytics with a particular passion for learning how innovation and new technology can shape the game of baseball.
Oliver Dykstra, Data Engineer (Texas Rangers)
Oliver is a data engineer with the Texas Rangers. He builds scalable, future-proof data pipelines to support analytics and machine learning.
Mark Teskey, Warecorp (Host)
